Urschel to feature DiversaCut 2110A dicer and KRONEN GS 10-2 slicer at Food Processing Expo 2026

Two high-capacity food processing systems showcased in Sacramento as Urschel spotlights throughput, precision, and washdown-friendly design.

Urschel, a global leader in food processing technology, is headed to The California League of Food Producers (CLFP) Food Processing Expo from February 4-5, 2026. Urschel will be featuring two machines this year on the Sacramento, Calif. showroom floor: the DiversaCut 2110A dicer with conveyor and the KRONEN GS 10-2 slicer to showcase endless food processing solutions.

DiversaCut 2110A Dicer targets continuous operation and large-scale output

The ruggedly designed, high capacity DiversaCut 2110A dicer with built-in discharge conveyor features an all-encompassing system that streamlines usability. Built for continuous operation and uninterrupted production, the DiversaCut 2110A dicer delivers slices, dices, strips, and shreds at large-scale capacities for food processors.

A maximum infeed product of 10″ (254 mm) in any dimension allows for labor-cost savings and waste reduction by eliminating the need to precut products. Production-proven targeted precision cutting at high capabilities is made possible with the compact cutting zone. The built-in conveyor additionally facilitates batch processing into totes or onto conveying systems or platforms.

KRONEN GS 10-2 Slicer highlights gentle, adjustable slicing with compact, sanitary design

The multifunctional, belt-fed KRONEN GS 10-2 slicer, which Urschel began offering in 2025 alongside other select KRONEN commercial/industrial processing systems, will also be on display at the Food Processing Expo. The KRONEN GS 10-2 slicer boasts effective and gentle slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, and segmenting solutions across many product groups, making it an ideal high-capacity cutting option for food processors.

Product enters the machine on a 5″ (125 mm) wide built-in flat conveyor that moves it toward the rotating cutting knife at speeds preset on the keypad, which allows for the adjustment of cut thickness without having to change the knife. Additional features include easily interchangeable cutting discs, a sanitary, stainless-steel design with the food product zone separate from the mechanical zone, sloped surfaces and hinged panels to aid in washdowns, and a more compact size that allows the machine to take up limited floor space.
